W&L Warehouse Specialist

Please note: This is a labor-intensive position that requires regular heavy lifting and physical stamina.

Job Summary Iron Mountain is looking for hard-working, reliable Wonoloers to join their team as SBS Fulfillment Specialists on a Long Term Engagement (LTE)! This is a great opportunity to build steady, ongoing warehouse experience while helping ensure customer material is processed quickly, safely, and accurately from facility to facility.

Responsibilities

• Process Inventory Fulfillment, Inquiry Fulfillment, Custom Kit Assembly, and/or receipts of inventory in compliance with all Iron Mountain procedures and standards
• Capable of working in one or more departments
• Ensure product/inventory is well-organized and maintained using strong attention to detail and work processes
• Load and unload trucks and other loading-related equipment as necessary
• Operate industrial trucks, tractors, loaders, and other PIT equipment including Turret Truck, Forklift, and Reach Truck (training may be provided)
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, power lifts, and front-end loaders to transport, store, and retrieve materials
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as opening containers/crates, filling orders, taking inventory, and weighing/checking materials
• Use hand tools such as box cutters, tape guns, stretch-wrap dispensers, and staplers
• Comfortable using technology such as laptop computers, handheld scanners, and keyboards (experience with handheld scanners and inventory processing preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Required: Ability to repeatedly lift 50–75 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to work on stairs, inclines, and ladders
