Position Overview


We are seeking a competent and committed Structural Engineer to help expand and support our design portfolio and engineering team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative , with a strong understanding of consulting engineering and the ability to contribute effectively as a key member of the design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and evaluation of project data using independent engineering judgment.
• Collaborate directly with licensed and unlicensed engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Prepare and assemble engineering reports and technical documentation.
• Develop and complete structural design documents.
• Conduct site observations and support field-related project activities.
• Contribute to a variety of structural engineering projects from analysis through design and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of structural engineering experience required.
• Must have successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam .
• Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structural design .
• Proficiency with RISA-3D, RAM Structural System , or similar structural analysis and design software.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit .
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team.
