We're looking for an Associate Commercial Lines Placement Specialist to partner with our Sales Team in Houston, TX. How you'll make an impact:

• Work with insurers and producers to develop strategic plans for placing business.
• Market key placements and develop innovative insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with insurers and collaborate to secure new business.
• Support producers in client meetings and presentations.
• Advocate for clients during claims settlements by working closely with our claims team.
• Expand your skills through continuous learning opportunities.

About you:

• A minimum of 1 years of new business placement experience in the commercial insurance marketplace.
• A license essential to provincial licensing jurisdictions, along with management of continuing education hours.
• The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a knack for developing resourceful and innovative approaches.
• Familiarity with insurance document management software (EPIC) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Completion of post-secondary degrees or insurance designations is nice to have.

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
