Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of compensation analysis and compensation program experience
• 2-4 years of position management and workforce planning experience.
• Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate HR environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
• Knowledge of compensation surveys and survey providers.
• Understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM Fusion.
• Experience with compensation platforms such as PayFactors, MarketPay, and CompAnalyst.
• Experience using HRIS systems, compensation applications, and AI tools.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling abilities.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience.
