If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!What We Offer:Competitive payMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance — coverage begins the 1st of the month after your hire dateRetirement plan enrollment availablePaid Time Off (PTO) to relax and rechargeClosed evenings and Sundays — enjoy a better work-life balance7 paid holidays offWhat You’ll Do:Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.What We’re Looking For:High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver’s license.1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
