Field TechnicianLocation: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE: 2803 Wilbarger Street, Vernon TXPrimary day-to-day responsibilities entail troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.MUST HAVE: Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac.TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, InstallingWork schedule: M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YESFull-time hours: 1.5 yearsDriving required: YES.
