Position Summary :

• Create and follow through with patient-centric care plans
• Utilize clinical and patient centered metrics to ensure the quality delivery of services
• Lead by example and work collaboratively with a team of therapist to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Document care efficiently, while meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations
• Comply with all local, state and federal rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current State licensure for physical therapy or the ability to obtain
