This role is primarily service-focused with an in-book sales component, designed for a professional who excels at supporting customers while identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage when appropriate. We are looking for someone who understands State Farm systems, can manage service requests independently, and is comfortable pivoting customer conversations into thoughtful coverage recommendations that benefit the client. Licensing & Experience Requirements Active Property & Casualty license required Active Life & Health license required Spanish/English bilingual required Prior State Farm agency experience required Role Overview As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders, helping customers with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and claims support. You will also conduct coverage reviews and identify in-book sales opportunities that help customers maintain strong protection. This role requires someone who is organized, empathetic, and confident in balancing service excellence with thoughtful sales conversations.
