Manufacturing Production Operator – Nights

Starting Pay: $26.98/hour | 2-2-3 Schedule | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for an opportunity to grow in manufacturing? Join our team as a Manufacturing Production Operator ! You'll operate production equipment, help maintain efficient line performance, and ensure our products meet quality and safety standards.

Schedule & Pay

• Starting Pay: $26.98 per hour
• Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule

What You'll Do

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality, and customer requirements.
• Operate and assist with equipment such as fillers, case packers, case formers, sealers, and palletizers.
• Perform machine setups and product changeovers.
• Complete basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and tightening.
• Troubleshoot production line issues and participate in problem-solving activities.
• Verify materials and components to ensure product quality.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
• Use computers and company software to support production operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S standards.
• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and manage time efficiently.
