Virtualization Engineer / Administrator - Level 2

Virtualization Engineer / Administrator – Level 2 Full-Time/Part-Time (Full-Time) RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Virtualization Engineer/Administrator - Level 2 to support and optimize enterprise virtual infrastructure utilizing VMware technologies. The successful candidate will assist with virtualization operations, system maintenance, performance optimization, backup and recovery, automation, and infrastructure security. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain VMware virtual infrastructure environments. Provision and administer virtual machines. Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues. Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities. Implement automation and security hardening solutions. Support backup and recovery operations using Cohesity and Veeam. Assist with Windows and Linux server administration. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure improvements. Required Qualifications TS/SCI clearance eligibility. 3-5 years of virtualization engineering or administration experience. VMware vSphere expertise. Experience with backup and recovery technologies including Cohesity and Veeam. Knowledge of scripting and automation. Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
