Banking and Commercial Finance Associate - New York

Thompson Coburn is seeking a Banking and Commercial Finance Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its New York office. This position will be primarily lender focused in the representation of banks, funds and other providers of credit in a variety of financing transactions, including cash-flow and asset-based lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding commercial finance structures and issues, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work within a team environment. This role involves managing complex transactions, resolving challenges, and providing tailored solutions to clients in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must also have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills and strong interpersonal skills. This position is open to recruiters. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in the New York. The salary range for this position in our New York office is $215,000-$300,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors.
