Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a 15-bed ED with an additional 6-bed fast track. Deliver urgent interventions across day, evening, and night shifts, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document clinical findings, treatments, and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current HI Registered Nurse license required.
• Proven experience in emergency nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond swiftly in critical situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and nights.
• Knowledge of emergency protocols and trauma procedures.
