Logistics Management Specialist

About the Position This position is assigned to the US Army Medical Command at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas and is located in Falls Church, Virginia at the Defense Health Headquarters. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience One year of specialized experience equivalent to the General Schedule-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Design and conduct comprehensive medical logistics studies using qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve the effectiveness of readiness and mobilization programs; 2) Develop new metrics and criteria to measure program accomplishments and results where current guidance is inadequate; AND 3) Serve as the principal expert for Service policy regarding contingency operations, mobilization, and Defense Support of Civil Authorities. Time in Grade Requirement Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). #J-18808-Ljbffr
