We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our medical team, you will play a hands-on role in patient care and client education. Responsibilities include:

• Patient triage and medical history collection
• Assisting with routine and sick appointments
• Venipuncture and laboratory sample collection
• Digital radiography
• IV catheter placement
• Medication administration (IV, IM, SQ)
• Surgical and anesthesia monitoring
• Dental prophylaxis
• Cardiac monitoring
• Diagnostic imaging
• Client communication and education
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Supporting a positive and efficient workflow throughout the clinic

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of veterinary experience preferred
• CVT/LVT certification preferred but not required
• Graduate of an accredited veterinary technology program preferred but not required
• Knowledge of animal behavior, restraint, and patient handling
• Experience with anesthesia, dentistry, radiology, and laboratory procedures is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop
• Comfortable working in a busy veterinary environment
