Maintenance Technician
Location: Zanesville, OH
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hour
Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 Sign-On & Attendance Bonus
About the OpportunityA growing manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production and facility equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production quickly and safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders within a CMMS system
- Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong multi-craft maintenance background
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and industrial electrical troubleshooting
- Experience working with three-phase motors
- VFD and servo experience is a plus
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience required
$25.00 - $35.00/hour based on experience
Up to $3,000 bonus opportunity:- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 12 months
- Additional $1,000 perfect attendance bonus during first 90 days
