Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a cooperative attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely
• Ensuring every piece of freight is accurately accounted for and properly tagged
• Maintaining proper placement of all freight within the warehouse
• Utilizing warehouse space effectively to optimize storage
• Adhering to all safety and quality procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate lift trucks safely and effectively
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and barcoded inventory management
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Cooperative attitude and ability to work well with others
