Most work is performed on customer sites, with occasional shop support.In this role, you'll:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bucket trucks / aerial devicesDigger derricksTruck-mounted cranes (LMI & CAN-bus systems)Hydraulic utility equipment & major componentsHeavy- and light-duty truck chassis, diesel, and electrical systemsPerform inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site diagnosticsRead and interpret manuals, schematics, and repair ordersUse laptops and diagnostic software to identify issuesComplete documentation accurately (repair orders, timecards, inspection forms)Communicate with customers and CTOS teams to minimize downtimeFollow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsParticipate in ongoing CTOS and manufacturer trainingTravel within and occasionally beyond your assigned territoryWhat Makes You a Great FitYou enjoy working independently and solving problems in real time.
