Real Estate Transactions Attorney

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join our telecom industry client's team for a part-time engagement that will account for around ~100 - 200 hours annually and last indefinitely. This contractor will be responsible for handling purchase and sale agreements of owned property, commercial leases, and other tasks relevant to the real estate transaction lifecycle.
