Responsibilities

- Manage the complete permitting process, ensuring timely and accurate project execution
- Organize and track incoming permit requests, maintaining clear records and documentation
- Collaborate with multiple business units to gather necessary information and documentation
- Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and work groups
- Submit permit requests to appropriate entities and oversee their progress to completion
- Serve as a key point of contact between your team and permitting agencies
- Work independently, demonstrating trustworthiness and initiative
- Foster effective communication and a positive team environment

Required Skills and Experience

- 1-2 years' experience in permitting or project management roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
- Strong customer service orientation with proven communication skills
- Solid organization and reporting abilities to manage high-volume workloads
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and documentation
- Experience in the electrical utility industry
