Director, Workday Solutions
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Director to lead Workday HR technology strategy and delivery, overseeing product roadmap execution and AI-native solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with HR executives and IT leadership to translate business needs into scalable Workday implementations while embedding automation and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for core Workday HR technologies across the platform
- Lead evaluation and adoption of Workday AI capabilities to improve employee, manager, and business operations
- Build and execute implementation plans including discovery, design, testing, and deployment
- Establish governance frameworks for HR technology investments and enhancements
- Lead team of solution architects and analysts while fostering customer-centric culture and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years HR technology implementation with strategy and business process reengineering experience
- 5+ years developing and coaching technical or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related technical field
- Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and related modules
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI/automation evaluation and integration in enterprise systems
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor relationship experience
- Data-driven approach to measuring adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes
