Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides direct rehabilitation care in physical therapy to patients based on physician referrals, ensuring compliance with laws and standards. Responsibilities Develop, assess, and modify individualized treatment plans to promote functional progress and improve quality of life. Supervise and evaluate care provided by PTAs, rehab aides, and students. Document patient progress accurately and utilize therapy software effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with patients and families, and participate in community health projects. Ensure patient safety, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Assist in patient evacuation and demonstrate dependable attendance. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT). Current license to practice in the applicable state. Preferably one year of post-acute care experience. CPR certification, maintained throughout employment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, good body mechanics, and professionalism.
