Peerless Restoration Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Restoration Estimator to join our dynamic team. As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by assessing and estimating restoration projects. Our company collaborates with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Insurance Companies, requiring strict adherence to their guidelines. Responsibilities
- Assess and estimate restoration projects using platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines set by TPAs and Insurance Companies.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available to work long hours when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restoration estimating.
- Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
- Strong understanding of TPA and Insurance Company guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work long hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
