Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to surgical patients in the operating room setting.
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring individualized care is delivered.
• Utilize advanced surgical equipment like TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to perform varied procedures such as orthopedics, GYN, urology, and cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Document patient information accurately in Meditech EMR systems.
• Engage in effective communication with staff and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 1 year of acute care OR experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred.
• Proficiency in Meditech EMR is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in ortho, neurology, and vascular procedures preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
