Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The organization is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician for a position located in High Point, North Carolina. This role involves assisting with various interventional procedures, including venous work such as dialysis lines, ports, TIPS, IVC, and SVC, as well as complex embolizations, thrombectomies, thrombolysis, sclerotherapy, Y90s, SIR spheres, biopsies, and other drainage and access procedures. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day. Job Details Location: High Point, North Carolina Certification and Education: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Radiologic Technologist (ARRT‑R) with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Schedule: 4 ten‑hour shifts (0700‑1730) or 5 eight‑hour shifts (0800‑1630), with a cycle every 4‑6 weeks. Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT‑R or RCIS certification; at least 2 years of relevant experience; current licensure; minimum of 0 years of overall experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens equipment and Sonosite Ultrasound; familiarity with EPIC Encompass Electronic Medical Records. Support within the Department: One provider and four advanced practice providers; there are two technologists per room working alongside registered nurses. Technology/Equipment: Baxtero IV pumps, Omnicell medication dispensing system, Siemens equipment, Sonosite Ultrasound. Floating: Float rotation may be required. Orientation: Minimum of two days in the department and hospital‑provided scrubs in black. Additional Information: No weekend rotation except for on‑call duties; approximately 3‑4 call days per month from Friday end of shift until Monday at 0800; parking is free.
