Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine nursing procedures and medication administration.
• Monitor resident status, document vital signs and routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Assist with implementing and updating individualized care plans and physician orders; perform standard nursing tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in charts and electronic records; participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Work night shifts with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality of care; respond to call bells and emergencies as they arise.
• Must have PCC experience and support a collaborative, resident-centered care approach.

Requirements

• Must have PCC experience.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Availability to work some holidays.
• Night shift availability: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• This is a travel - temporary assignment.
