Job Overview

Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in an acute care hospital. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication order verification, clinical support, and medication distribution oversight for hospitalized patients. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient pharmacy experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient pharmacist experience .
• Active Colorado Pharmacist License .
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• License required at the time of submission.
• Valid driver's license required for submission.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience using Epic as a pharmacist.
• Experience in a high-volume acute care inpatient pharmacy.
• Excellent medication order verification and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
