Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to thoroughly assess their mental health conditions and needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to engage clients actively in their healing journey.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, monitor client progress, and manage treatment plans effectively.

• Understand and apply crisis intervention strategies to support clients during acute emotional distress or emergencies.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to maximize client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and appropriate referrals when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
