Clinical Scribe & Documentation Specialist
Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health
Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with real-time documentation, coding, and after-visit summaries. You will observe patient visits, record encounters, and help close care gaps within a value-based care framework in our clinics. Ideal candidates have medical terminology knowledge, strong listening skills, and the ability to adapt to workflows.
