Position Overview

We are seeking an elite, highly versatile Video Editor to work directly alongside our founders to craft world-class personal brand content across YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This critical creative track bridges two distinct production styles, demanding an individual who can switch instantly between highly polished, studio-quality long-form edits and scrappy, high-volume, platform-native short-form clips. Moving far beyond traditional clip cutting, you will own the end-to-end post-production pipeline—building a cohesive visual identity, designing premium typography layers, and implementing high-retention motion graphics to hook an audience of founders and digital marketers.

Key Responsibilities

• Long-Form Production Masterclasses: Edit high-production talking-to-camera YouTube lessons, strategic agency breakdowns, business storytelling sequences, and corporate lifestyle content.
• Multi-Channel Short-Form Engineering: Build and scale premium vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn, optimizing structures for retention hooks and fast pacing.
• Visual Identity Standardization: Formulate and enforce a consistent, highly clean visual brand identity, establishing strict guidelines for typography selection, spacing frameworks, and grid layouts.
• Advanced Motion Graphic Design: Conceptualize and compile premium 2D animations, transition graphics, lower-thirds, and tracking kinetic subtitles using After Effects and Premiere Pro .
• Native Context Variations: Generate highly effective, raw social clips utilizing green screens, platform-native asset fonts, strategic reframes, zoom cuts, and trending memes to maximize algorithmic distributions.
• Cross-Functional Content Sourcing: Partner closely with our Head of Content and founding directors to ideate creative angles, refine script flows, organize asset registries, and maintain lightning-fast post-production turnarounds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of verified professional history editing high-retention video content explicitly for high-growth creators, enterprise personal brands, or dominant digital agencies.
• Advanced, production-grade post-production mastery inside Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve .
• Deep conceptual understanding of modern online business aesthetics, corporate typography standards, layout composition, and algorithmic pacing hooks.
• Demonstrated capability to self-direct workflows, shift styles fluidly, and maintain tight project delivery timelines without compromising render qualities.
• Outstanding near-native verbal and written English communication mechanics, optimized to implement direct feedback from founding directors smoothly.
