Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus an annual profit‑sharing bonus target of 20% Reduced medical premiums starting on Day 1 Employee stock ownership – only Associates are shareholders 3 weeks earned time, 3 paid sick days, 10 holidays, and 40 hours of community service time per year Developmental opportunities and college tuition program assistance Job Description Load and unload ocean containers and trucks using a crowbar, claw hammer and other hand tools Pick and stage inventory against sales orders, work orders and material requisitions Perform manual and clerical work related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies Maintain the stockroom and perform data entry Process incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare and package machine orders for shipping and special assignments Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and maintain attention to detail Familiarity with handheld electronic devices and computers Strong time management skills Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Forklift certification required and willingness to operate a forklift Preferred 2+ years of experience in a production environment or an Associate’s Degree with 1+ year production experience Previous experience in a Lean Process enterprise Experience with Oracle or another compatible WMS Material handling equipment certification Base salary range: $19.96 – $33.28 per hour.
