Senior Architect (Registered)

Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: $150K-200K Location: Moncks Corner, SC Job Description LBE, Inc. is seeking a senior-level architect with 10+ years of experience in an architecture firm. The candidate must manage a small group of architects/designers to produce designs on multiple projects concurrently. Design work will include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial, and industrial business sectors. Minimum Qualifications Degree from a NAAB accredited program Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately, effectively, and confidently Advanced understanding of: Design solution development Building systems, detailing, and technology Applicable codes, life safety requirements, regulations, and standards Differing building types and project delivery methods Programming and planning methods Architectural registration (South Carolina preferred) Eligible for a U.S. Security clearance Effective verbal and written communication skills Desired Experience Experience working on federal projects with knowledge of the UFC and the UFGS LEED Credentials Experience with SpecsIntact NCARB Certification Master of Architecture degree Job Responsibilities Design and production work, including architectural detailing through construction documents – using Revit Perform field verification and travel to sites (May travel Develop specifications in SpecsIntact Perform construction administration activities – responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and related activities Perform technical reviews of team member’s work Perform QA/QC reviews Establish and implement standards, processes, procedures, and workflows Delegate work and manage design team schedules to meet project deliverables Submission Requirements Current resume including references Portfolio or work samples, if applicable Location: South Carolina (required).
