Mail Order Staff Pharmacist - Covington, Kentucky

Location: Covington, KY


Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend shifts: Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekday shifts as needed (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Ongoing weekend work with potential for additional weekday hours

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including meticulous checking and verification of prescriptions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain accuracy and speed to meet high-volume dispensing demands
• Adapt quickly to workflow changes and collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team to handle volume surges

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Kentucky pharmacist license is mandatory; candidates licensed in Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to verify KY licensure eligibility
• Strong background in high-volume retail pharmacy operations preferred
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
