Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You are adaptable to each patient’s needs, train patients and caregivers to promote independence, and collaborate with peers while making referrals as needed. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you! Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
