You will work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, accuracy, and consistency throughout every shift. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with professionalism and warmth Accurately take and input food and beverage orders Present menu items clearly, make informed recommendations, and highlight specials Deliver food and beverages in a timely and polished manner Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or concerns with care and urgency Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas Bus, sanitize, and reset tables according to standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support smooth service execution Accurately process cash and credit card transactions Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned by management Who we are: The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual dining concept built on the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, reimagined for today’s guest. WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
