Nurse Practitioner Bath, Maine Type: Direct Hire Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 (Monday – Friday) Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the occupational health clinic, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
• Diagnose, treat, and medically manage work-related injuries and illnesses for employees.
• Perform routine medical surveillance, physical examinations, and case reviews for exposure-related programs such as asbestos, heavy metals, environmental toxins, noise, DOT, Fire Brigade, etc.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to Nurse Practitioners, delegating tasks appropriately based on skill and scope of practice.
• Ensure adequate staffing, assist with scheduling, and monitor patient flow and triage efficiency in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements

• Licensed as a registered professional nurse practitioner required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing required.
• Current State of Maine APN license required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a nurse practitioner in family or adult practice required.
• Previous managerial experience required.
• Occupational health experience is highly desirable.
• Must be able to maneuver through the Shipyard and participate in Sea Trials.
• 1st shift consisting of (5) days per week (Monday-Friday).
