Job Description Job Description DESCRIPTION
Reports to & works closely with the Director of Operations Job Responsibilities:
Review resumes and pre-qualify new applicants for interviews
Provide Application forms, and intake/process credentials & requirements that need to be completed before hiring & onboarding
Generate new applicant’s Background checks & License Verification
Schedule New Hire Orientation, file signed completion forms
Scan signed employee files to Payroll Other HR duties:
Maintaining all employee files and documentation
Handling assorted HR-related issues and or bringing them to the attention of the Director of Operations
Enter information as needed into the Time and Attendance system (Rehab Optima)
Generate bi-weekly reports for payroll
