About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: 2+ years of ICU experience Neuro experience preferred Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 12 Number of Staff: 7 per shift Day Shift: 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 6 RNs Night Shift: 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 6 RNs Patient Ratios: 1:2, 1:1 Type of Equipment: EVD, Lumbar Drains, Ceribell, EV100, PrisMax/PrismaFlex EMR: Meditech On Call Requirement: None Floating Requirement: Per hospital policy Skill Set Most Recruited For: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters Typical procedures performed include: Bedside EVD placement Lumbar puncture Intubation Bronchoscopy Central line placement EGD TEE Best Personality Fit: Personable Teamwork-oriented Self-driven Shows initiative General Comments: This unit is equipped with advanced technology and has a supportive staff with substantial experience. Flexible scheduling options are available.
