Job Title Shift Leader – Carl’s Jr. Location 7412 NE 117th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98662, USA Hours Full‑time. Hours based on business need and performance. Responsibilities Perform all crew position duties and train and supervise crew members. Plan, organize and implement daily operational routines and activities. Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs. Open and close as needed. Enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, ensuring all customers receive service beyond their expectations. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting. Possess basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
