Job Description: Embroidery Machine Operator (Tajima Machines)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced embroidery operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on knowledge of Tajima embroidery machines, including setup, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, while ensuring high-quality and accurate production. Key Responsibilities Operate Tajima embroidery machines to produce high-quality garments. Set up and load embroidery designs into the machine software. Prepare materials (fabric, thread, hoops) before starting production. Adjust thread tension, change needles, and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Inspect finished embroidery to ensure it meets customer specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals. Requirements Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines, preferably Tajima. Basic knowledge of embroidery software (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar is a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials throughout the shift. Flexibility to work shifts and meet production targets. We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
