Our private pediatric practice is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants who love working with children to join our collaborative team of healthcare providers and staff. Candidates should have solid experience working alongside a medical team, a commitment to upholding high professional standards, and a drive to support smooth daily clinic operations.

What we are looking for:

2 years’ recent comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience Handle administrative and skilled clinical duties in a timely manner

Comfortable with pediatric vaccine administration

Uphold compliance with all health care regulations including HIPAA and OSHA

Must possess an excellent attendance record

Must have reliable transportation

Must be willing to travel between practice locations (Ahwatukee and Chandler)

Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment

Excellent patient interaction skills

Responsibilities for this position:

Provide medical care for patients under supervision of a provider

Room, take vitals and prep patient for provider

Collect patient information and enter into EMR system

Pediatric vaccine administration and blood draws

Maintain cleanliness of patient examination rooms

Other various duties as assigned

Immediate hire

Monday thru Friday, Full Time Position, 8 hour shifts, 401K, health benefits, paid time off and paid holidays.

Most Benefits are available upon completion of a 90 day evaluation period.
