We are seeking a warm, reliable, and highly experienced nanny for our 9-month-old baby. This is a long-term, W-2 position, and we are hoping to find someone who will remain with our family for several years as our child grows. This is not a summer or short-term role. Both parents work a hybrid schedule. We are a pet-friendly household and are looking for someone who is comfortable around animals and appreciates a quieter, rural setting. The day is centered around our babys routine, including structured wake windows, naps, and intentional developmental play. We had a wonderful nanny but she had to leave unexpectedly leaving due to changes in her family's medical needs and schedule.
