At The Little Gym, we dont just host birthday partieswe create Awesome Birthday Bash experiences that families remember forever. Were looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing team member to lead and host weekend birthday parties. Schedule & Location Part-time weekends:
- Saturdays: 1:005:30 PM
- Sundays: 11:30 AM4:00 PM
- Hours are based on party bookings, so shifts can vary from week to week.
- This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our amazing community.
- Lead high-energy, structured birthday parties for children of all ages
- Run games, activities, and gym time while keeping kids engaged and having fun
- Take charge of the full party experiencefrom start to finish
- Create a smooth, stress-free experience for parents (theyre here to celebratewe handle the rest!)
- Adapt to different group sizes, personalities, and energy levels
- Support set-up, transitions, and clean-up to ensure parties run seamlessly
