Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Relationship Revive Therapy, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the needs of couples, families, and individuals. \n
- Facilitating both combined and individual therapy sessions to effectively address personal and relational issues. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of challenges, including: \n
- Alcohol and substance abuse \n
- Effects of physical and psychological abuse \n
- Grief and loss \n
- Family conflicts and sibling rivalry \n
- Work-related stress \n
- Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce \n
- Communication barriers among family members \n
- Continuously monitoring and documenting patient progress and treatment effectiveness. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. \n

You will work with a clientele that includes adults, children, and adolescents, focusing on a broad range of family dynamics and personal challenges. The diverse nature of the patient population will enable you to employ a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions, making a tangible impact on the lives of those you serve.
Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:

- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
