Job Overview

\n

We are seeking an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant to support a major business process transformation initiative focused on Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations .

\n

This position will focus on business process discovery, workflow documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement . The consultant will work closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, vendors, and other business stakeholders to document current-state processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

\n

This is a business/process-focused role rather than a technical implementation position . Experience supporting processes surrounding an enterprise ERP/Oracle Cloud environment is highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Facilitate process discovery and workflow sessions with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
\n
• Document detailed end-to-end current-state business processes and workflows.
\n
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and cross-functional handoff issues.
\n
• Map Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and vendor-related workflows.
\n
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand critical process touchpoints.
\n
• Standardize process documentation using established methodologies and templates.
\n
• Partner with senior process improvement/Black Belt leadership to maintain consistency across documentation.
\n
• Support change management and future continuous-improvement initiatives.
\n
• Translate complex business processes into clear, structured documentation.
\n
• Collaborate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Active Six Sigma Black Belt certification – Required.
\n
• Experience in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related business operations .
\n
• Strong experience with business process documentation and process mapping .
\n
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discovery sessions.
\n
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business workflows and handoffs.
\n
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment.
\n
• Ability to work onsite in Brentwood, TN, 4 days per week .
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience with Oracle Cloud / enterprise ERP-related business processes .
\n
• Experience working with vendor-facing processes and third-party partners.
\n
• Manufacturing, operations, shared services, or enterprise transformation experience.
\n
• Previous consulting or organizational transformation experience.
\n
• Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process excellence initiatives.
\n

This role is primarily focused on business process analysis, documentation, Six Sigma, and organizational process improvement . It is not a technical Oracle implementation/development role .
