Genesis Healthcare Uptown is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Skilled Nursing Facility opportunity offers the chance to work with an adult and geriatric population focused on improving mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

As part of the Powerback Rehabilitation team, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of healthcare professionals to provide individualized treatment plans and help patients maximize their functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting
• Assist patients in achieving their highest level of independence and function
