Sales ManagerAs the Sales Manager, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate effectively with customers and employees in a retail environment. Must be able to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods of time, up to 85% or more of the assigned shift. Must be able to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and kneel to stock merchandise and access product on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
