Only VISA Independent Candidates - USC/GC only Role: Quadient Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ or Blue Bell, PA (100% Onsite at either location) Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to support the design, development, customization, and optimization of customer communication solutions (CCM) using Quadient Inspire . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Automation, and Scaler, along with an understanding of document composition, templates, workflows, and integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire suite. Configure data models, layouts, business rules, and content libraries. Perform document composition, formatting, versioning, and deployment activities. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into CCM solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure output accuracy and compliance. Support end-to-end testing and production implementation activities. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Automation, Scaler, Interactive, Dashboard). Experience with CCM (Customer Communication Management) platforms and print stream formats (PDF, AFP, PS, etc.). Strong understanding of template design, variable data processing, and workflow orchestration . Familiarity with APIs or integration with enterprise platforms (CRM, Billing, Policy Admin, etc.). Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into CCM logic and template structures. Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, or Financial Services domains. Scripting or programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or XML). Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), or automated deployment tools. AceStack LLC
