Financial Analyst

Compensation: $36 - $39/hour, depending on experience Location: Olathe, Kansas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team! This is a strong contract-to-hire opportunity for a hands-on financial professional who enjoys solving problems and improving processes. You’ll support Accounting and Operations teams as they continue optimizing a recently implemented Oracle Fusion environment, with a focus on project accounting, billing, revenue, and contract-related analysis. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Analyze complex project financial data and identify root causes. Support project accounting, billing, and revenue management processes. Review contract terms for billing and revenue requirements. Investigate discrepancies across data, systems, and workflows. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT teams. Assist with process improvements and system stabilization efforts. Work with large data sets to perform reconciliations and exception reporting. Support project setup, invoicing, collections, and closeout activities. Required Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of project accounting, financial analysis, or ERP support experience. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion. Experience with Project Financial Management, Billing, Revenue, or Contracts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience interpreting complex contract terms. Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets. Experience identifying process issues and financial variances. Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with ERP implementations or post-go-live support. Knowledge of project invoicing and client-specific billing. Familiarity with revenue recognition best practices. Experience supporting accounts receivable or collections.
