Responsibilities: • Media Management: Ship and receive data media, catalog and track media inventory, and maintain accurate records. • Reporting & Data Validation: Generate reports, track data movement, and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. • Billing: Create accurate invoices for data storage and related services. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard computer applications. Experience with database management software a plus.
