Basiccomputerskills andabilitytotype andenterdataintocomputersystems regularly. Abilityto performadvanced mathematicalcalculationsand measurements. Comfortable workingaround multiple voltage electricalcircuits. Good handand eye coordination. Exceptionalattendancerecord.Able to take allproductioncalls and the knowledge todetermine which calls should beattended firstinthe productflow. Maintainapositive and constructive workenvironmentwithin the department, managementaswellaswithotherdepartments and promoteteamwork. VerifyGMP’s and Safetystandards(OSHA)are always maintainedandact and/orfollow-up when deficienciesarenoted. Ensureallfood safetyprinciplesand legalrequirements have beenappliedeffectively. Must work various shifts and hours including holidays and weekends. Provide ongoing training within department and operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble, Install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Ensures operation ofmachineryand mechanicalequipmentbycompletingpreventative maintenancerequirements and troubleshootingmalfunctions on100%offacilityequipment. Install, maintain,andrepairmachinery, equipmentandphysicalstructuresfollowingspecifications,usinghand, tools, powertools, hoist, measuringandtestinginstruments. Visuallyinspect, troubleshoot, and testmachinery. Abilityto createand administerPreventive maintenance tasks and procedures. Abilityto accessvendors forrepairparts andtroubleshooting. Locatessourcesofproblems byobservingmechanicaldevicesin operation. Locate electricalproblems with useofDMM, with abilityto understandandtrainelectricalsafetyand procedures. (ARCFLASH) Follows alllockout/tagoutprocedures. Abilityto knowledgeablywrite andtrainon procedures. Controls machine downtime byinformingproductionworkers andsupervisors ofroutinescheduled preventative maintenance as wellastheabilityto effectively make successfulemergencyrepairs. Maintainsequipmentand parts bycheckingstockto determineinventorylevels and reportingparts orsupplies neededtocompleterepair. Maintainsandlubricates machine tools andequipmentwiththeabilityto beable to make surethecorrect lubricantsare beingusedforthe situation. ProgramVFD’s onsimpleconveyorsystems. Troubleshootrelays, switches,and motors. Able to performa widerange ofoperations connected with maintenance,repairandinstallation ofequipment, facility, chemicaland mechanicalprocesses.(Water, gas, air, hydraulic, Painting, buildingrepair, sanitation procedures, calibration,electricalrepair,Variable frequencydrive. etc.) Works independentlyon advanced projects and can plan outsuch projectsto completion. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
